At CryptoWise, we strive to provide high-quality cryptocurrency investment insights and educational content. We understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund for purchased services or products. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for processing refund requests.

1. Services Eligible for Refund
The following CryptoWise services and products are eligible for refunds, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy:
- Premium Membership Subscriptions: Monthly or annual subscriptions to our premium content and analysis
- Educational Courses: Cryptocurrency investment courses and training programs
- Special Reports: One-time purchases of in-depth market analysis reports
- Consulting Services: One-on-one cryptocurrency investment consulting sessions
- Webinars and Events: Paid webinars, virtual conferences, or other educational events
2. Refund Conditions and Eligibility
2.1 Premium Membership Subscriptions
For monthly or annual premium memberships, the following refund conditions apply:
- New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service
- After the initial 14-day period, prorated refunds may be provided at our discretion based on usage and circumstances
- Recurring subscription payments are not automatically eligible for refunds unless there is a service disruption or quality issue
2.2 Educational Courses
For cryptocurrency investment courses and educational content:
- Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course content has been accessed
- If more than 25% of the course has been accessed, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase
2.3 Special Reports
For one-time purchases of market analysis reports:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the quality or relevance of the information
- Once the report has been downloaded or accessed multiple times, refund eligibility may be limited
2.4 Consulting Services
For one-on-one cryptocurrency investment consulting:
- Full refunds are available if canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the session may receive a partial refund or credit for rescheduling
- No refunds will be issued after the consulting session has taken place, unless there was a significant service quality issue
2.5 Webinars and Events
For paid webinars, virtual conferences, or other events:
- Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled event
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event may receive a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price
- No refunds will be issued after the event has taken place
- If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your purchase will be valid for the new date or you may request a refund
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund for any eligible service or product, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Refund Request: Send an email to support@cryptowise.com with the subject line "Refund Request" or use the refund request form on our website
- Provide Required Information: Include the following details in your request:
- Your full name and email address associated with the purchase
- The name of the product or service for which you're requesting a refund
- The date of purchase and order number (if available)
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or supporting information
- Confirmation: Our customer support team will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within 1-2 business days
- Review: We will review your request based on the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy
- Decision: You will be notified of the decision regarding your refund request within 5 business days
For expedited processing, please ensure that you provide all required information in your initial request.
4. Processing Time and Payment Method
4.1 Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund according to the following timeline:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. However, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies
- PayPal Payments: Refunds will typically be processed within 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: Refunds via bank transfer may take 7-10 business days to process and appear in your account
- Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds for payments made in cryptocurrency will be processed within 5-7 business days
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible:
- Credit/Debit Card purchases will be refunded to the same card
- PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account
- For cryptocurrency payments, we will issue refunds in the same cryptocurrency at the current market rate at the time of processing the refund
If the original payment method is no longer available or valid, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
5. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
The following items and situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Free Content: Any free articles, videos, or resources provided on our website
- Completed Consulting Services: Consulting sessions that have already taken place, unless there was a significant quality issue
- Digital Products After Full Access: Digital products that have been fully downloaded, accessed, or consumed
- Subscription After the Refund Window: Subscription fees for periods that have already elapsed beyond the eligible refund period
- Promotional or Discounted Purchases: Items purchased at special promotional rates may have limited or no refund eligibility, as specified in the promotion terms
- Violation of Terms: Services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
Additionally, we reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration for a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact our customer support team with a detailed explanation, and we will review your case individually.
6. Subscription Cancellations
Subscription cancellations are handled separately from refund requests:
6.1 How to Cancel a Subscription
To cancel your recurring subscription:
- Log in to your CryptoWise account
- Navigate to the "Subscription Management" section in your account settings
- Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
- Alternatively, email support@cryptowise.com with your cancellation request
6.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel a subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- You will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund of the current billing period
If you wish to receive a refund for the current billing period in addition to canceling your subscription, you must submit a separate refund request as outlined in Section 3.
